Retailer research privacy notice
Village Stork is developing a concept for an online network of independent baby stores. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through the retailer research form.
What we collect
We collect the information you submit in the retailer research form, including your store and location, your name and business email, operational answers, optional website and systems information, follow-up preferences, and the page or campaign that referred you. Please do not submit customer information, confidential supplier terms, or contract language.
Why we use it
We use responses to evaluate the Village Stork concept, understand retailer needs, compare patterns across stores, protect the form from misuse, and contact you about your submission. We send occasional broader updates only when you select that separate option.
Who can access it
Village Stork and service providers that host or process the site and its database may access the information only as needed to operate this research. We do not sell responses. We will not publish or share an identifiable response outside that group without your permission, except when required by law or needed to protect the service.
How long we keep it
We plan to retain identifiable research responses for up to 24 months after submission, then delete or de-identify them unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active conversation, legal obligation, or security issue.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your response, or opt out of future messages. Email us from the address used on the form so we can match the request to the right response.
